means I LOVE KIMCHI!!!!!!

kimchi fever lately all because of my sister, she is a 101% korean freak!
almost every meal at home i will have kimchi, because its so good for digestion!
I NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED :D

and do you know that kimchi is actually one of the top 5 healthiest food in the world?
i remember i heard once in a tv show, it contains a high concentration of dietary fiber, while being super low calories!

YUMS! i can really eat only kimchi + rice! and how lovely because those kimchi was homemade, by my sister how sweet! i never really see how she did, because i am a busy lady :P so one weekend i decided to stay at home and watch the whole process.

washing napa cabbage! the MAIN veggie of kimchi!

salt!

much salt, much much salt and freaking much salt!
she will rubbed the salt in every pieces of the chopped napa cabbage

spring onions in short length, radish in stripy slices
onions, garlic and ginger will be minced and blended

the two little packs are flour and the chili powder special for kimchi!

ginger, garlic and onion blended, and added some fish sauce!
flour added some water and cooked! im so curious why they need flour in kimchi :/

basically thats the step la! just added all the mixture and well-mix the sauce for kimchi! then just add all the veggie!

well-mixed and store them in bottles!

CAN HAVE YUMMY KIMCHI FRIED RICE AFTER 24HOURS!!!!

by the way we're lovin Kim's Mart at prima tanjung recently!

can get some korean stuff there such as the kimchi chili powder!
we tried a few, their kimchi chili powder still the best!
