K Pot Korean BBQ

K-Pot Korean BBQ located at Tanjung Bungah, the residential area opposite Flamingo Hotel. it is not hard to find as it has a bright signage by the road and the exterior of K-Pot is very beautiful, like a little balinese garden with all the fairy lights! by the way, i got to know this place through HH, she's such a korean food lover! (dont say i always tempt you with foodie post har, you tempted me too :p)

limited indoor tables, kinda plain and boring compared to the al-fresco area although it's air-conditioned, so since it was night time so we decided to take the outdoor seat!

6 types of banchan

my favourite of all, potato carrot

Korean rice cake // RM20
we enjoyed their korean rice cake very much! it was well-cooked and just nice for the sweetness and spiciness, generously doused with lots of sesame oil and sesame seeds!

Kimchi stew // RM18
kimchi stew which you can request the level of spiciness, it was too spicy for me during my first visit and on my second visit we requested for less spicy, so it was just nice and YUMMY!

Spicy tofu // RM20
another favourite soup of mine, served boiling hot, flavourful and full of ingredients, two thumbs up for spicy tofu!

Pork belly BBQ // RM30

Spicy chicken BBQ // RM25

both pork and chicken BBQ were delish! the chicken was marinated perfectly!!!!

Chicken hot stone bibimbap // RM23
the bibimbap was ok, slightly soggy for my taste as i dont think that the stone hot stone was hot enough to crisp the rice that was at the bottom of the bowl which i think thats the best part!

Udon // RM13
a little disappointing for this..... was in a high expectation because the staff recommended this, plain soup and plain udon, ah eng was really upset with this, he said the udon was like laksa :(

Veggie pancake //  RM16
this is not a good choice if you are looking for crispy kind of korean pancake, the taste was ok but the texture....... its more like an thicken fried egg to me :(

Steam egg // RM14

Cheese egg roll // RM17

the sky was fully dark after our meal and the place was lighten up by the fairy lights, such romantic surroundings!
