three more weeks to chinese new year (why time passes so fast???)

the happiest thing about chinese new year other than receiving angpaos and steamboat, 
we have the chance to meet relatives and cousins that we haven't meet for ages,
gather around chatting and having snacks together, one of the most important 
snacks that we couldn't miss -BAK KUA (meat jerky/肉干)

my first time trying Penang White Curry flavoured bak kua! it is a new
flavour by Yuen Cheng Siang, slightly spicy but it is super addictive, i can
finish one whole slice by myself! the taste of the white curry is just nice, not
covering the aroma of the BBQ bak kua.

Muar Yuen Cheng Siang Bak Kua 麻坡源珍香肉干
it started in the 1960s in a famous back street in Muar by Master Goh. he started 
to sell barbecued meat on his bicycle and received good responds from the people, 
after that Master Goh came up with his very own brand-Muar Yuen Cheng Siang. 
Master Goh created his 'masterpieces' using prime quality pork blend with 
his ancient secret recipe.

instead of chinese new year common red colour, they are using gold
and illustration showing a traditional hawker stall in penang, love the box and the
paper bag, so beautifully packed and yes, it can be a lovely gift to your family/friends too!
