The Cinnamon Restaurant & Tanglung Bar is the only eatery in this beautiful heritage 
boutique hotel. Penaga Hotel is located at the corner of Jalan Hutton and Lebuh Clarke,
strategically at the heart of Georgetown. The Cinnamon Restaurant offers all day dining
with a range of culinary options ranging from Continental and Asian to fusion delights.

Forest mushroom soup // RM18
one of the best mushroom soup i had in penang! the soup is creamy enough but
not overpowering, love the fragrant of mushroom. the soup is made entirely by wild
forest mushrooms and truffle essence! served with crispy croutons. everything is good
 except for the portion, wish i could have more with this price

Crispy calamari // RM21
crispy battered calamari served with homemade tartar sauce!

Seabass // RM35.80
a perfect panfried seabass, soft and juicy with a crispy skin! served with
golden mash, sautéed asparagus and chervil sauce

Grilled beef ribeye // RM72
another favourite! grain fed steak served with their signature BBQ sauce,
accompanied by mini salad and fries.

Prawn pasta aglio olio // RM29.90
infused with local flavours, enjoy the fusion Asian/Western mild spicy spaghetti
pasta in extra virgin olive oil, garlic chips, chili, anchovies and prawns!

Panna cotta // RM16
first time trying a pandan flavoured panna cotta! served with a scoop of ice cream

Watermelon crush lychee
we also tried the new dessert of Cinnamon, not only looks nice but it tastes
super good too! watermelon crush and lychee at the top part and pudding on
the bottom, a perfect dessert to end the night!
